Episode 16 - Nov 4 to 6th - Calm before the storm

I fly back to SFO on the 8:30 flight from JFK. Landing at midnight I head home. The next morning Deven wakes me up and says, "Papa wake up ... play with baby." He says this over and over again until I wake up. We play for a few hours. It is clear he misses me after a week of not seeing me. Unfortunately I have to go back to the office at 10am. For the next two days I don't see him much except for the 1 hour he and Vijay came to the office.

We all work away the next two days. It is non-stop. The good news is that the site is almost ready. The bad news... well for a change there is no bad news. We are truly making progress.

By Sunday night things look good but the effort is still very high. Jacquie (who recently joined us on Beth's team to blog and provide merchandising) pulls another all nighter. Dan continues his amazing output with Azhar and the two of them are working until 4am each night.

On Monday morning I continue the press tour - I meet with some of my favorite PR folks whom I've known for a while now.

I get some great positive feedback on the product. I only wish I could share this with the rest of the company first hand. I'm very excited and hope people like our new site once it goes live on early Wed morning.
